SMS Delivery Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble sending or receiving messages, follow these steps before contacting support.
Run the Diagnostics Tool
Visit diagnosis.sabrhub.com/diagnostic and enter your email, the source (From) number, and the destination (To) number.
Review the results
If no issues are detected, wait 30 minutes and retry. If an issue is found, our team will follow up within 24–48 hours.
Check your 10DLC registration
Most delivery failures are caused by incomplete 10DLC registration. Contact your Company Administrator or CSP to verify your campaign status.
